I am extremely satisfied with this…

I am extremely satisfied with this online shop template and can highly recommend it. The quality is outstanding – the design is modern, professional, and very user-friendly. What stands out most is the well-thought-out structure, which makes setting up a shop quick and efficient.

The customization options are extensive and well documented, allowing for easy implementation of individual requirements. Performance is also excellent: fast loading times and stable functionality across all devices.

Another big plus is the support – responses were quick, helpful, and professional.

Don't Do It

I purchased a theme for my prestashop. Nothing but trouble. The theme is badly engineered. Rife with errors. I am not even going to try and go to support, I would like to just throw the theme in a bin. Sephora-style themes look good but are structurally awful. So many errors with Prestashop 9. By the time you dig deep to fix a problem, you find more. Stay away. Do yourself a favour. Buy another theme from a more reputable company.

Not recommended

At first, the support team seemed professional – they immediately asked me to leave 5-star reviews on several websites. What’s worse, during a remote desktop session they personally opened the pages where I was supposed to post those reviews. After the purchase, it turned out that the template is a very poor-quality product – the configuration panel offers a minimal number of color options, even though the description claimed full customization freedom. Moreover, after applying changes, the template often doesn’t display them at all. The sticky menu is missing basic elements such as login, cart, and category menu. I have the entire remote session recorded. The case has been reported to consumer protection authorities. Not recommended.
