i have had a couple of themes earlier but i must admit the developer support over here is the best i have received till now. they are spot on in resolving issues and moreover they do it in real time so there is no waiting time as in send a message and wait for reply.

I had several (minor) issues with my theme but that needed to be fixed very quickly: the support replied within minutes, and fixed the issues in real time via shared screen. Extremely friendly and efficient, my problem was solved in minutes.

The worst support I've ever seen! Never online, borderline dishonest practice,
99.99% Speed Support PrestaShop Superhero Expertise Support they say on their site, personally I'm close to think of lying ... Do not trust them! Or you'll end up like me with a very poorly designed theme, and no support to help you. Go elsewhere.

Problem with the theme, bug and nobody answer..thez tell me all will be allright since i will have bought their theme and unfortunly...now no answer on support...bad bad bad....in plus i bought it from the support, no bill...nothing...Don't make this error...don't trust this company...

He took the hand to write the comment directly when we were using anydesk, i was confident at first, but rapidly, bills came to do things on the website, which he told me, weren't in the support i pay every year.

The theme is full of bugs, a lot of updates doesn't work with this theme, i can't even put a widget with google reviews, they just asked for 70€ more to put this into the script.

Don't trust them, it's really not worthy.

Good company for prestashop service, and support is very quick, highly recommand to all.

I purchased their "Cancel It Pro - Hassle-Free Order Cancellation" module for Prestashop.
Unfortunately I realised, the next day, that it doesn't support "OAuth 2.0" so it can't operate on my store.
I requested an order cancellation, which makes me smile at the irony as I write the review, but this company considers that once it has been downloaded, its yours a.k.a. "you touch you own !"
It took them seven hours of practically continuous exchanges to come to this conclusion. They could have responded straight away to my initial cancellation request but they strung me along, wasting both our times.

Non-existent support!
After several emails and Skype contact no response, the support service leaves you with your template problem at a price of 126 euros! It's a shame! I do not recommend this developer

I was sold a product that doesn’t work, charged $15 for “shipping” (even though nothing was shipped), and support is refusing to either refund me or assist, claiming the template comes without assistance. Essentially, I’ve been scammed out of $15.

Consider the company's post-development support and maintenance services. A reputable company should provide ongoing support, bug fixes, and regular updates to ensure the smooth functioning of your PrestaShop store.
