Is a good server host minecraft, Not lag and super prices. Si totaly good, recomended BY YOURUBER keon el rey rana.

Fast and really helpful service. 10/10 helped me to fix the problem in a few minutes.

After 2 weeks investigating I bought the “Lapis Plan” and honestly this Minecraft hosting is very complete. They have the best prices in all of their plans, and also the support team is very kind and with a lot of experience. Everything is very very good!

Great customer support! Answering fast and helping as much as possible.

Where to begin first of all do not buy from them that would be a massive mistake they cap your upload size down to 2MB unless you use a FTP software to upload the files from your pc directly into the DB which is a stupid design and lazy!

They also don't automatically check for updates so unless you know how to use an FTP this is going to be a chore for you also having to manually check for updates on all plugins since they don't have an installer that checks for anything.

They also share your paid hardware with other peoples servers who also paid for the same as you but the problem is that if a server takes up too much resources it will lag your server they also resell duplicate IPs so be very aware. Example:

This host: CPU IDLE 45% Memory IDLE 65%
Good Host: CPU IDLE 1% Memory 8%
Keep in mind too that the good host has weaker specifications than the server i rented from this vendor so how come my crappy server runs more efficiently?

Customer service is terrible no response at all! And getting a refund is going to be hard you if you've just been scammed and paid via paypal this is what you do...

1. Create Dispute
2. Escalate Claim
3. Don't bother talking to them get the paypal rep asap to get your refund quickest.
4. Explain situation and link them to this trust-pilot page.
*NEVER CLOSE DISPUTE THEY WILL ASK YOU*

Don't worry as long as you submitted the refund request within 24 hours of time purchased there's nothing they can say that could void your refund unless you close the dispute again never do that big no-no. They fought me for almost a month I already knew they were going to lose but found it rather hilarious that they thought they had a case that's why reading the TOS is very important makes you look less stupid. When you sign up for a merchants account you agree when accepting money that you must comply with Paypal's Terms Of Service your made up policies are voided at this point "No Refund" doesn't apply to Paypal my god if you're going to scam people be smart about it guess you're too used to dealing with push overs eventually it's going to bite you in the bung.

Still not convinced? Check those 5 star reviews very closely and tell me you can't spot all the fake ones there are duplicate posts under multiple accounts with 1 reviews can you find it and report it?

My message to this so called company... I cringed a little calling you guys a company btw and that's because you guys are complete scum bags I can only imagine how mad you are that I got my refund and that makes me happy I shall continue the lords work

We tried this host out for 8 days, and it was absolutely horrendous. We paid for a dedicated IP, priority support, and did not receive either on purchase.

Out of 6 support tickets submitted to their team, only 3 were ever answered. When they were answered, it was well over 24 hours. The other 3 they deleted without responding to.

It took them 8 days before they gave the dedicated IP, and that was only because we requested a refund then. At this point, They also began deleting support tickets on us, specifically the original ones requesting a refund as well as those in which they did not respond to period.

Then when we filed a refund through our bank, they lied and said we had used their services for 2 weeks, and refused to give a refund for their lack of delivery on said services.

Do not use these guys. You will not receive what you paid for, and then they’ll delete your tickets on you if they know they’re failing to provide services period. There are far better options out there for an equivalent or better price.

I am very satisfied with the prices that this MC hosting has. I also find it very professional in everything. I recommend it.
