The Mortgage Works Application
The Mortgage Works was recommended by a friend. I spoke to James Yates initially and then Laura McBurney proceeded with the application appointment. Both stages, from the initial enquiry to the actual application, were handled professionally and I was very impressed with their excellent customer service. The mortgage rates are pretty good too! I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Remortgage of buy to let property …
It was so easy to be approved for a remortgage of one of my buy to let properties. I dealt with Patrick Cross, a mortgage advisor with the Mortgage Works. He was able to provide all the information I needed to decide on which mortgage suited me best. Patrick made the whole process run very quickly and smoothly. I provided the information and figures requested and was delighted to find out I had been approved for a mortgage in just a few days. I certainly wasn't expecting it to be as easy as this! I was also delighted to find the interest rate on my 5 year fixed deal to be one of the best available. Will definitely use Mortgage Works again.
