Website lies about exchanges
Take off the words “items may be returned or exchanged within 28 days of delivery” on your website because I was told the outlet does not do exchanges. Now I have to repurchase the shoes.
Item not received emails not replied to no refund.
I have been contacting this company for several months regarding an order worth £170 that was never received.
Each time I call, I am told the issue will be investigated, but no follow-up has ever been provided. I have also sent multiple emails which have been ignored.
The parcel was marked as delivered, yet there was no proof of delivery and the item never arrived.
At this point I would simply like a resolution and a refund for an order that I never received however the company have not addressed this despite numerous attempts on my end and reassurance they will on theirs.
I made a return
I made a return! Followed the protocols of the company. I placed both items into the original box, used the return label provided by the company, taped the box and sent it via the recommended currier!!! The company is denying my rights for a refund since the box arrived empty!!! It is very unfortunate but I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!!!!! I followed all the protocols!!! The company should hire better and more honest workers!!!! ( perhaps one of them took my items out of the box) and it’s worth over 1000.00!!!!

I have bought several pieces and everything was OK till I wanted to file a claim for faulty item. the costumer service is laughing in your face saying that you have no claim as they are in the UK and you are in EU. if you want to spend your time arguing go ahead, otherwise dont shop here.

Really good, prompt service and items were nicely packaged.
AVOID
I would give zero stars for customer service. Ordered Frame jeans that were labelled 30” but measured 36”! Clearly mislabelled, so defective and totally unwearable. I did get a refund for the item, but they’re still trying to charge me for the £7 postage cost. Customer Services are like talking to robots.
One item was missing from my order.
I ordered a bunch of items. 1 one item was missing from my box. The box arrived in perfect condition, so i know nobody stole the item along the way.
Contacted the company. They asked a few questions. Its been 2 weeks. I’m still waiting for a response so i can return the rest and i want my money back as well. Wish i read the reviews here before purchasing.
Illegal impeding of customer's rights
I purchased a Tory Burch blouse (og. price 450 EUR).
The blouse after approx. 14 moths got damaged (symmetrically) due to construction and fabric issue. I submitted a complaint to OUTNET in November 2025. Initially OUTNET completely ignored my request, only once I called they informed me that I need to submit a opinion from a specialist, ALTHOUGH this information reached me MONTHS after i submitted my initial request, as as an outcome of my personal action (calling their customer service). Once I submitted an expertise confirming that the blouse got damaged due to manufacturer's fault. OUTNET acknowledged this, requesting the blouse return. Since the blouse reached them they still refuse to perform the transfer which at this point is a clearly ILLIGAL and purposeful obstruction.
