Park Hotel Give Your Head A Wobble

So I decided to book my family in for the Parks New Years Eve Family Party total cost for 2 adults 2 kids was £200 which sounded good considering what was on offer for the kids, now the Venue itself is lovely and the Staff are extremely polite but that all changed when it came to the DJ who firstly was stood for the first 20mins of their set in a bloody dressing gown secondly they kept playing the songs at a much faster BPM than was intended for the track and genre of music leaving it hard for me to vibe to any of the music that was played what so ever and when asked why they are playing the music soo fast I was told it's to "Kick it up a bit" I even brought this up with management after my kids complained about the speed of the music and was told they would sort it and nothing was done, then there is the so called "Competitions" which turns out the Prizes for said competitions involves sending the winning child around to customers tables for a whip round at the end of which they get to keep the money they have managed to scalp from attendees of the Party now I don't know about anyone else but when I've just forked out £200 for an Event i do not expect to then have your DJ tell a child to come to my table and ask me for money for a prize that you as the Venue should be providing. Not to mention there was no Tik Tok Masterclass, Candy Floss or Glitter Tattoos as advertised. I will definitely be speaking to management about this because when you pay £200 for an Event you expect everything advertised to be available if not a revisit of the Price paid to attend is definitely warranted.
