The Perfume Spot Did Not Refund All My Money
If I could rate a zero (0) I would, because my customer experience was below deplorable. The Perfume Spot advertised a gift set which was for a 3.4 oz parfum and I received a 2.5 oz. I was asked to send pictures of the
2.5 oz bottle, which I did send the photos. The fragrance was watered down and within 2 minutes of resting it upon receipt, the scent disappeared. Advertising one size and sending another is unfair and deceptive business practices. Then, I requested a refund and they kept my shipping , short changing my refund. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission, who oversees and regulates online vendors to ensure customers are being treated fairly and online vendors are on the up and up.I am forwarding the photos of the 2.5 oz product received that was advertised as a 3.4 oz to FTC, and I will never patronize The Perfume Spot again,nor will my other business colleagues or investors. The scents are watered down. If you experience the same substancard service, contact The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at 202.326.2222 to file a complaint aboutThe Perfume Spot or any online vendor who tries to treat you unfairly by keeping part of your refund.
