According to our records, your order was placed late on the 16th, shipped on the 17th, and was estimated to arrive by the 28th. Your package was actually delivered early on the morning of the 25th, three days ahead of the promised delivery date.
Regarding AfterShip, it is simply the package tracking platform we use to provide customers with real-time shipment updates after an order has shipped. It is not the shipping carrier.

My original order was lost in transit
My original order was lost in transit. No one let me know the order was lost. I re-order the perfume, thinking that I did something wrong when I placed the original order. When I received my credit card bill the first charged was on my bill. I had to call customer service to find out the order was lost. I was able to get a refund on my credit bill for the lost order.

I bought acqua di Geo refill 150 mL to refill my almost done eau de parfum
Unfortunately I received a refill bottle . It was a white box rather than the tan one with all the right labels but it doesn’t smell the same, just smells like alcohol
First time to be fooled like that but now I know not to buy refills again
