Con merchants

Do NOT use these shysters. They are refusing to pay my winnings - and coming up with every lie possible to prevent withdrawal. I'm taking the matter to the Gambling Commission.
Also, why do these con merchants take £1 off you every time you try to make a withdrawal.
Avoid them. You have been warned.

Withdrawal

Never usually had problems with this site apart from a few niggles here and there regarding withdrawals , and my issue now is again involving withdrawal. Waiting on £140 to be withdrawn and requested it on 21st december. Said it would take 5 working days (which has never been the case before) and i get its been christmas and weekend etc , but to wait 8 days now in total for a withdrawal is ridiculous when every other gambling site is almost instant ot within the hour. I will be avoiding this site from now on because practically every other site offers a better experience. Tried calling numerous times and always says no one is available and when it does ring it just rings through. The customer service is non existant. I know its a legit site as having used it before and recieved withdrawals in the past , but this is the last time ill be using it.

Good experience

​I’ve tried quite a few mobile gaming sites, but The Phone Casino really stands out for its "no-nonsense" approach.

Would recommend

I found this site a few years ago. Since then, I have been playing the free spins daily and find them very enjoyable. I actually win sometimes which is even better 😀 I would recommend Phone Casino to anyone who likes playing slots & slingo.

Can’t Fault ThePhoneCasino in 5-6 years playing there

The Phone Casino is a great all around experience. To be honest when I first joined in late 2020 to early 2021, I had no prior knowledge of them so didn’t know what to expect. However it’s been an all around positive experience, from the huge selection of games, very fair win rate, helpful customer service to fast card withdrawal’s. I’ve not received my free spins from the deposit bonus selection’s on occasion, (due to my error) from not following instruction - select bonus then deposit. I deposited then tried to select bonus. Each time customer service has honoured the bonus spin’s even going the extra mile, by adding extra spin’s than originally included the bonus deal. Little things like that go a long way building trust. Customer service team usually reply via email with minutes or there is a telephone number should you prefer. Verification is also fast and easy - upload what’s required and it’s accepted.
