Withdrawals
1st withdrawal was instant
Made 3 more totaling £160 charged a a fee as they say they use the fastest methods and process withdrawals instantly but this is not true in the last 4 days and over 100 calls not once was it answred!
I have never been abusive to them at all and they are just ignoring me.

I just want this sorted and forget this awful experince and casino.

Very slow withdrawals. Can't see your transaction history either. All customer service say is it takes 5 working days for withdrawals but they wont say if its been processed or not.
