a very good experience

It was a very good experience, I went to change the battery of my phone Oppo, it took more or less an hour, everyone was nice and kind and I even get one delicious and warm coffee for free while I was waiting 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a great experience!

I had a great experience with them. After I accidentally spilled a glass of lemonade over my keyboard, they helped me perfectly. They cleaned the keyboard thoroughly and now it works (almost) like new again.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me properly. I really appreciated their professionalism and clear communication. Highly recommended!

First time visit / good impression

First time visit without making an appointment. One customer before me, but client was given all the time and didnt rush.
As it was busy my phone couldnt be repaired immediately but I could leave it behind.
Next day I got a call and as they couldn't replicate the fault, they did not want to replace it without my consent. Instead they recommend to leave it as it is, record the failure and then come back. Nothing charged.
Genuine shop, taking their time to really help you. Very capable personnel. Will go again and fully recommend.

Impeccable service!

I used their services before and the service always has been great.

This time as well when I came in with a loose screen and a bulging battery.

Since I had the battery replaced by them a few months ago they put a new battery in and glued my screen and all under warranty!!!

This is what I call impeccable service!

My LENOVO MiiX 320 could not be…

My LENOVO MiiX 320 could not be repaired. It’s a pity because it stopped suddenly so the problem should be relatively easy to detect.
You have to know that this small laptop was rather new when it stopped working and I left it aside for many years.

Third broken screen, third time great service

The phone lab is great because they do my repair the same day (broken screen). Friendly and quick service.
Clean and professional shop in Haarlem, NL.
Excellent friedly service led to a great experiece again. I joked that we can make a new appointment again because I broke my screen three times already.
Highly recommended.
