Ordered the cover and used my debit card to pay. Turns out that Mastercard was having a glitch and was declining all online purchases due to billing address errors within their system. Pool Center called and emailed right away to get it straight, and still had the pool shipped out within a few hours. Product was very sturdy and looks like it will last for years.

The process was as easy as it could be.....measure your pool....select the size and quality of cover....add prepackaged kits BOOM pool covered

I was able to order in about five minutes. Shippping was complete in a week.

Item #351632-4 Imperial Blue 16' x 32' Oval Solid Winter Cover (8 yr warranty) and Item #1-3748 4' x 8' Pool Pillow. Both items arrived in timely manner. Pool cover has solidly mounted eyelets. Surprised by the cable tie down system, I did not see this in the description. Cannot comment on it's use as I have a clip system already that holds the cover in place. 5 stars on the cover.

The pillow must have missed something on the assembly line, as only one of the four corners had a rubber eyelet on it. I made my own as I did not have the time to wait for a replacement, so I cannot comment on the customer service aspect. 3 stars for "quality control check" on the pillow, but otherwise the pillow is durable and the seams are well made.

Yes I would purchase items from them again only I would do so with enough time to give their customer service dept a chance to help me.

Nice product. Had one that was split, but as it was more than 1 day after I received it I didn't bother to contact Pool Centers

Every winter cover I have bought up to this point has been the bare minimum length to extend beyond the edge of the pool, and was quickly destroyed in a two year timespan. When I received my new cover, I quickly became aware that the cover is high quality and extends about a foot beyond which will mean less pulling when the snow load comes. Additionally, the scrim seems like it will hold up much longer than any other cover that I have bought previously!

Purchased 15 sets of water bags for tying down an in-ground pool cover and they are made of the flimsiest plastic imaginable. More than half of the water bags already had splits or pin sized holes in them upon arrival. Absolutely garbage. Sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and am waiting on a response.

Fast shipping and exactly what I wanted. Will be shopping with them again.

Always skeptical about online purchasing. The pool center staff very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was able to answer questions the local pool stores could or would not. The products I purchased met all my high expectations. The 8.95 packaging fee with free shipping was not a limiting factor.
