Beautifully designed product and good service
Product arrived much faster than I expected. I bought two of the individual tea cups with a strainer and they are lovely. The red one was rather a different colour than it looked on the website, but I realise it's hard to show colours accurately.

Prompt delivery of well packaged goods

I like this company. Peter is very knowledgeable about tea: flavour, water temperature, brewing time etc. Pleased to be supporting a local business.

First Time Buyer
We found the website very informative and ordered two packets of tea. We have tasted one and will try the second in the next few days. We were very pleased not only with the tea,but also the packaging, which is very convenient and has good storage properties with the seal able packet. Our order was delivered by Royal Mail in a couple of working days from placing the order. Will use Proper Tea Co again and tell our friends
