Living in a Grade 2 listed cottage we cannot change a lot which dates back to when it was built, including the paving stones etc. As my husband relies on a wheel chair, getting in and out of the house was a challenge. The Ramp people provided us with a long term solution to enable us to get his in and out of our cottage without getting stuck in the ruts etc created over time.

Ordering and payment went smoothly, recieved email of delivery date/time, when the delivery came it was one box, opened with some bubble wrap hanging out the top,just one piece of the ramp and a bag of fittings,looked like a return, anyway phoned up and was told there is a second delivery tomorrow which should have the remaining ramp and fittings, I did get the second delivery, this time just torn bubble wrap and sellotape with a bag of fittings stuck on the inside, so I started to assemble, clicked the link which was sent in a email for assembly instructions, no luck said outdated, I did ring up again and was sent further links which did open and I was able to check the fittings and assemble. I was expecting one delivery with everything there, not bits over 2 days, the ordering and payment was done by me, so the company carnt really take credit for that, for an item which cost nearly £700 I was expecting abit of professionalism, at least let me know that the items will be delivered in bits, the person I spoke to had no communication with the warehouse and could not check what was sent to me, instead asked me to forward pics so he could figure out what was sent and what was missing

Easy to order (size etc). Fairly quick delivery. No problems with delivery or product - good quality - arrived as ordered. (Some better indication of timing would have been good.) This is second time I've used this company and may well do again.
