I use the 500mg e-liquid and it works wonders for me and my family. My sister has had insomnia and she no longer suffers. Me I have chronic migraines so when I have a migraine attack I smoke and it helps reduce the duration of the attack it also relaxes me so I don't tense helping release the pain.
