Steer well clear !!!!…

The safety supply company took my order addressed it wrongly and sent it out.... it was then returned to them undelivered I am still waiting for a refund they have also refused to refund my postage all round a terrible company to deal with

Hi Dominic,

When you placed your order online, the delivery address was entered incorrectly by you. The street field contained the town name, and no door or house number was provided.

Had any address fields been left blank, our system would have flagged this automatically. However, all fields were completed, unfortunately with incorrect information.

We tried to contact you yesterday to resolve the issue but were unable to get through.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
