I work for a landscaping company and we've been using The Shed Factory for nearly ten years now. Their sheds are good quality at fair prices and we like the fact they will make them to any size we require. The team are always really helpful during the ordering process and we're always impressed with the installation as well. I'd highly recommend them.

Turned up on time and shed was erected with no fuss, including guttering and installation of water butt.
The shed itself is very sturdy and seems soundly constructed. I expect it to last far longer than those available from DIY outlets.

Helpful, knowledgeable people, who advise and get back to me, when they say they will, with prices and delivery was just what I needed.

Excellent product, excellent service from order to installation. So pleased I chose The Shed Factory to purchase my shed from. Unreservedly recommend this company if you desire a quality product.

I found The Shed Factory very professional and helpful. Initially, John provided very detailed specifications which really helped me decide which shed was right for me. As part of this process he answered any questions promptly and politely via WhatsApp. The company also accommodated our needs regarding the delivery date. The installation process itself was very smooth and professional - John & Tony installed our shed in a day without problem. It is raised from the ground and water protected with a gutter, rain pipe, and three small windows on one side - so looks cute as well as practical!
We were very pleased with the product and service we received from this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new, high quality, shed.

We needed a like-for-like replacement, and they delivered exactly that—but with a level of craftsmanship, build quality, and attention to detail that make it a truly exceptional version of the original. While retaining all its original charm and character, the new structure feels beautifully refined and thoughtfully designed.

The project wasn’t straightforward, with the structure located at the bottom of a long garden and requiring everything to be built on-site. Despite these challenges, John and his team tackled the job with tireless effort, skill, and an incredible attention to detail.

We paid £50 for delivery and installation of our new shed. The agreed delivery date was missed a number of times, and my wife had to keep taking days off work to meet the delivery men, to no avail.

When they finally turned up, they aggressively refused to set up the shed unless my wife paid them more money. She refused to do so, saying we had already paid the delivery and install fee. So they just dumped it in the front garden in pieces, leaving my wife in tears. Repeated calls to the head office were met with ignorance and apathy.

What a horrible company.

One of the worst customer experiences ever.

The website claims they can make the shed to fit through any house. When I ordered I made it clear that the only access to the garden was via the house, and gave appropriate measurements.

Delivery fee was £50. After ordering:

- I was repeatedly encouraged to 'sort the delivery guys out' for delivering the shed
- Delivery date was missed multiple times, resulting in me losing money on the parking each time (which has to be arranged and paid in advance where I live).
- When it eventually arrived, delivery guys were very rude and aggressive. They demanded more money for the job and threatened to dump the shed on the street, claiming it was too heavy to carry through the house.
- On calling the shop, the manager again encouraged me to pay them - an extra £50 to sort out the problem.
- Eventually had to pay the guys the extra £50 whereupon they easily carried it through the house and set it up in the garden.

I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company.
