Good customer service, I had a broken top on 1of my product bottles when it arrived in the post. Contacted Suncare and sent photos, Michael emailed with apologies and they promptly sent me a new bottle.

Fantastic service and delivery & the sun cream is not oily and soaks quickly in to your skin. One of my bottles arrived damaged and a replacement was sent straight away.

Bought 3 bottles of Riemann's P20 - seems to be a slight supply issue generally currently with it but The Suncare Shop had a decent price with 48hr delivery included for free.

Ordered on a Saturday, order was dispatched on Monday, arrived on Thursday. Not 48hr, but I ordered at a weekend. And Royal Mail say they aim to deliver their 48hour service in 48-72 hours which is their issue rather than the website's. If you really need the delivery within 48 hours I wouldn't rely on the free option, you'd be better paying a bit more for the faster service.

Can't rate this company high enough. The item purchased was showing as delivered but wasn't ever found..... They have replaced it and added extra after contacting me. What a very kind and conscience company. Thanks again as you have been superb

Order sent quickly and efficiently

Was wary after ordering then read reviews on here. Ordered 2 x Australian Gold sunscreens, they arrived very quickly but unfortunately one bottle had leaked in transit. I emailed The Suncare Shop and without hesitation another bottle was sent to me - it actually arrived within 4 days of my email. I cannot fault the service received. Perhaps they had some teething problems ? I would certainly would not hesitate to order from The Sunscreen Shop again.

Total scam takes money does not send product , phone number is a dead end with covid mumbo jumbo, emails address is a white elephant this is a scam do not fall for the online positive fake reviews. ordered 19th aug received nothing has of today 30th aug and they say Royal Mail 48hr delivery SCAM

Didn't send all of my order, ignore emails, reply to reviews but that's about it, had my pants down and won't give me my money back.
