As my first holiday booked I’ve ever gone I’m impresseddd. There was great customer service, as a girl’s holiday, the trip was a flights and hotel with breakfast included which was budget friendly with a well located hotel you can see the beach from the balcony with a 3 min walk to the strip. I’ll be back to book another holiday with them

This has to be one of the easiest and stress free experiences ever. I was turning 30 this year and wanted to do a group trip to Mexico! Yona supported with the travel, hotel, flights, transfers & itinerary and was able to contact her at any point and she was always able to assist. It was really important to me that I had a trip planned but had little dealings with the organisation due to my work and family commitments. I would recommend the take off club to anyone & I am looking to book my next baecation in December with them!

If you are considering booking with The Take Off Club, do not hesitate. Our trip was amazing and really affordable. It was both mine and my friends birthday and Yona went the extra mile by telling the hotel and we were welcomed with a lovely surprise in our hotel room. Definitely will be booking again.

The service received from Thetakeoffclub was 1st class concierge level. From the initial conversation discussing requirements, wishes and desires to the suggested options and final execution of the holiday. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was seamless. Yona listens, she was always quick in replying to emails and text messages, and nothing was ever an issue or problem for her to resolve.
The holiday was a blast, and the birthday surprise was a beautiful addition. I will be using thetakeoffclub again.

I haven't booked a holiday just yet, but hope to arrange my 50th birthday next year God willing through them I'm giving them the five stars ✨ for the lovely communication they are great and service seems so professional and welcoming

The takeoff club were very responsive and and helpful in getting me and friends booked to Iceland! They were also quick to respond to any queries whilst there and liaised with the hotel to ensure we were ok. Whilst we didn’t have details of the hotel up front, it was a lovely hotel and and very well located which makes me trust their opinion on what “nice” means.

Iceland was absolutely beautiful and a much needed break and the offer from the take off club led to a spontaneous break for me and 5 friends.

I’d use them on another adventure for sure!

Yona booked my holiday for, all inclusive, great destinations, everything was accessible, activities and so on. I had an amazing time, and wish to go back again to complete all my sightseeing. Yona was very helpful and easy to talk to, responded to all my email and kept my mind at easy. Will use her again and again

Such a hassle free and needed service because although travelling is great, looking for the right place can be overwhelming, and I'm more than happy to let somebody else take charge and make the decisions for me! Thetakeoffclub helped me find a suburb deal for a 3 night trip. Yona was able to accommodate all my needs. She booked the airport I wanted to fly from and the hotel I wanted to stay in. She also arranged transfers for me making the process even easier. She even managed to get me the junior suite just as I wanted.

It was a very good experience booking with thetakeoffclub,Yona is amazing and very respectful (despite not meeting her in person),very helpful with queries,the actual booking and arranging the transfers and her response to queries was so quick. The choice of hotel in Marrakech is so beautiful, all inclusive buffet with snacks and free drinks inbetween meal times while you sit by the pool. My friend and I are definitely going to book with thetakeoffclub again. I am definitely recommending them to friends and family.

I have planned a trip for a group of girls to travel to Dubai and had approached Yona to help us find a suitable deal. During the brief, Yona listened and was very attentive to our request. She acted in a very professional manner and had excellent attention to details as she was able to deliver on our requirements, including the fare prices to hotels, stopovers etc. Our hotel was superb and we all had a fantastic time on an all inclusive deal that was very affordable. For some of the ladies this was their first trip to Dubai and they had a fantastic experience. Everyone agreed that they will use this service again and also recommend it to others. ‘I planned a recent surprise birthday trip with The Takeoff Club, Yona made this booking stress free and was very supportive throughout especially covid proticals. In the first instance, I had no clue of where to travel. Yona had a consultation withmyself and was able to provide a numerous amount of vacations and went out of her way to ensure I booked what was suitable for my needs.

Once I chose our destination of Tenerife, Yona handled everything from flights, to transport from the airport and accommodation, keeping me informed throughout.
