Sometimes things go wrong, although usually everything is fine. I ordered a laptop, delivered the following day. On starting it, it ran fine, then the screen became wobbly. I sent an image of the screen and was advised to return it, with a return label provided. The refund was received on the same day. Shame about the problem, but excellent customer service.

I had some questions about a laptop that I was interested in and they were answered promptly. The delivery was delayed slightly but was no real issue. There was a hole in the box but the laptop was well packed. As described except for a scratch on the back of it, apart from that spotless.

The only slight niggle is that the laptop powers itself on as soon as you open the lid, which initially made me think that it did not shut down properly. Perhaps this is a modern thing I have to get used to! The battery life not as great as my work Lenovo laptop but its not a real issue.

All in all, a really good laptop at a bargain price. Thank you! :-)

There was a small issue with the delivery company but they sorted it out straight away and the laptop was delivered only a day later than anticipated.

Quick and efficient delivery, HOWEVER, I have used the laptop for only a few days now and it is lagging and slow.

It struggles to operate without lagging after opening just 4/5 tabs on Chrome. It was a refurbished product however its performance was described as if it were new.

Excel seems to be fine, for now, but I'm reluctant to hold out hope for a smooth-running experience once I download more files.

Teams does not work properly because of the lag - calls are difficult to make.

The intensity of my use is light-moderate and given this the laptop should not be lagging at all.

I feel that The Tech Outlet was not transparent in the way it described the product - whatever tests they conducted on the laptop speed clearly led to misrepresentative results as the capabilities of the laptop are not anywhere near a 'like new' laptop.

Overall, disappointed that I'm running into speed-related issues so soon and given how lightly I use the device. If problems persist, I will have to return the item and revert back to using my Mac which is a 2020 model that I have used since June 2021 and runs extremely smoothly.

I have recently purchased a refurbished laptop from The Tech Outlet. It has the latest version of Windows 11 and has been fully upgraded. Better than buying new.

I received my laptop in good time. It was very well protected with bubble wrap encased within a substantial cardboard box. I asked my son to set it up and it was very straight forward. I am enjoying using it as it is ten times as fast as my old laptop and much lighter. Altogether it appears to be a good buy for a very good price.

I'm really glad I made the decision to purchase from these guys, rather than the big name stores, when the time came to buy a new laptop. Got a fantastic "open box refurb", which is honestly pristine.

Ben has been absolutely fantastic, answering questions, queries and concerns quickly, as well as going out of his way to assist and advise me on an issue on my end, which he really didn't have to do.

Highly recommended, and have already sent my mates a link ready for when they need a replacement laptop.

to be honest I was sceptical about buying from a company I had never heard off, but I needed a laptop that was reliable just for work doing work bits, yet with in a manageable price range and this company showed up on my search. after reading the reviews, ben advertised the tech with full spec's nothing was hidden yes it was reconditioned, yes it only held 80% of the battery but the price point was spot on, the description was perfect, the communication was top notch the only downfall so far is I can not give this post a 6* star rating.
