Overall a superb store experience! The store attendant is very accomodating, and the actual store is well-lit and ventilated to give you an idyllic record experience. Cherry on top: they played Chappell Roan twice!

This store is an absolute scam.

First, I sent the link for the signed copy preorder. When the signed copies arrived at their store, they claimed I had ordered an unsigned copy, even though I provided the correct link for the signed version.

I accepted this to avoid stress, but now I see that they have the vinyl available and they're still ignoring my messages. I placed this order last year and have attended two international LANY concerts since then, but I still don't have the vinyl.

I expected a smooth and professional experience, but I was completely wrong.

I will definitely warn everyone I know to avoid this fraudulent store.

I am calling my bank now to dispute the charges

I respect Ted Ellis for what it is and what they have to offer. I also understand what it's like to be backlogged, however, I think it's bad taste to inbox-zone customers while their socmed pages post actively. And it's not like I'm angry because they didn't respond in 24 hours like the automated response said they would. They didn't update us at all in the 3 weeks we waited for one.

I even repeatedly checked the "Order Tracker" page to avoid flooding their inbox. But after a seemingly frozen "Processing" status on the tracker, my partner and I decided to reach out to their socials to ask. Syempre, it's hard not to worry about the availability of something we'd already paid for. For context pa, we had a very bad experience with a different online vinyl record store which sent us the wrong edition na damaged pa.

Anyway, we received our order naman after 3 weeks of no response from TE. The item is in good condition, although the anxiety of not knowing the order status was a stressful experience.

I think it might benefit Ted Ellis to find a better way to handle their shipping orders so as to not alienate their customer-base outside of Metro Manila. :) Overall - good branding, great products, but customer service needs more attention.

This is my first record store and I’ve been coming back ever since and now my collection is 10 and counting in less than a month. That’s speaks how much I trust their quality and business. The people are welcoming and I always have fun visiting the store every time. I highly recommend Ted Ellis for all music fans of all formats. I am satisfied with my collection and I get to enjoy this newfound expensive but fulfilling hobby. 🥹😍😊☺️

As of now, I have an order from them and Im not getting any updates from them. EVER. Its been 4 days and I would understand if there's an update but there is absolutely zero update from them. I contacted their shopee page and the last thing I got from them is to avoid sending them messages cause itll pile up. I've worked on a social media industry and sometimes that's on entirely true. I liked their store tbh but this is just very disappointing. This is going to be the first and last to order from them.
