Ordered hoodies in presale, delivery promised by October 5th at latest, now almost a MONTH overdue!
Terrible service and you have let a LOT of (ex?!) fans down. Will not be buying again!

I emailed the support on their website and got a reply which is probably generated response. Anyway I live in the uk ordered the red turbo hoodie, got a conformation of it getting shipped by 15th October, I ordered this hoodie when it dropped and I'm getting very concerned even more about my order and where it is.

My autistic daughter desperately wanted a couple of the sweatshirts for her birthday, I spent hundreds here ordering within minutes of them dropping online, we live in the uk, still not even dispatched yet. I’ve emailed and just get the same generic probably computer generated response of “it’s worth the wait blah blah!” If my girl didn’t want these so much I’d cancel the lot as I know she’s going to be very upset when she realises she hasn’t got the one thing she asked for… I mean a month is taking the mick just a bit don’t you think…? If orders can’t be fulfilled don’t accept so many in one go! Simple!

I ordered a Red Turbo Hoodie as soon as ut dropped and until now no Emails about the order or any confirmation on it

I had placed my order for two of the red turbo childish hoodies on the 30th September . I was then told on an email that my delivery would be with me before 15th October. However, on the 15th of October I had still not received the email confirming my order had been dispatched. I have still not received an email, or the order and I had bought one of the hoodies as a birthday present for the 17th of October which has obviously now passed. I had sent several emails, but it was an automated reply every time. I would just like to know when my order will be with me. I expect they have had lots of emails to go through so that's why I've received automated replies which I can understand but I would just like some sort of update on where it is as in the email I was told it would be here by now.

Having already paid £ 30 for shipping, I had to shell out another 25 euros from fedex. Very bad, goodbye TGF Store.

I live in the UK but still have not received this product yet despite what the confirmation email says about delivery times

not a review but a question because I live in the US I have yet to receive my turbo jacket and still no information about package and was just wondering if anyone else got theirs yet for those who also live in the US

i always get extremely good quality products from the tgf store but the shipping time is a problem, any idea where my order is?

Amazing hoodies it does take like 3 weeks to get but they are high demand so what do you expect can't wait for my turbo hoodie

My T-shirt arrived on time and was packaged really well. The tee is exactly as pictured and I love the message on the back also. So happy with this purchase :)

I’ve bought the theme park, racing and turbo hoodies (plus t shirt) and they are amazing, especially the turbo ones. Everyone complaining about late orders but you can literally email the support team and they’ll tell you about an unforeseen delay. I emailed them and got my hoodie the next day. Stop being so brash and writing bad reviews instead of actually reaching out 🥴

I pre-ordered the Turbo Collection hoodie the minute the drop came out, have now waited a couple of months with still no sign of my package. As per their email "Your purchase will be shipped between September 26th and October 8th, and delivered in 1 - 5 days depending on where you are in the world" but it is now Oct 13th and I still have not got a shipping number or anything.

I still want the product, however I am starting to get annoyed on how long it is taking them to ship my order.

I ordered my tgf hoodie on the 27th of September the night the new ones come out im just wondering how long roughly it will take to come

Not a bad review just wondering if anyone else in the UK preferably Scotland has gotten their turbo hoodie yet. My friend who lives in the same town as me pre ordered the red jumper at the same time I pre ordered the hoodie which believe was the 29th of August. The email said your order will be shipped between the 26th of September and 8th of October and today's date is the 6th of October so I know there is still a little time left but I'm just getting a little worried.

Ordered on the Sunday and arrived the following Friday! Such great quality and is exactly what I wanted it to be :)

3 day delivery time. Came packaged nice and safely. Good stuff

The quality and everything is great. But if I knew I'd have to pay 30€ more for customs I wouldn't have bought it.

The TGF Store provides high quality hoodies and as of late much more! Comfiest clothing I have ever wore and I’ve always got one on, I own all the merch that is available to this day and I have no regrets, each hoodie as comfy as each other, they never fail to keep me warm on those cold, dark winter nights
