in our view should not be Allowed to Trade
in our view these people should not be allowed to trade and I am amazed that British Airways allow them to sell their flight. We checked their website and could see a flight to argentina. It clearly stated with cheque luggage. I had a witness with me whilst I was booking the flight. After I booked it the company sent me texts saying that I had booked a flight without any checked luggage. (why would they do that if it had been clear that there was no flight luggage included) I told them that I had a witness as I was booking the flight they ignored us. do yourself a favour Keep well away from these people.

Your booking was made on 25th July, and the booking confirmation generated by our system clearly indicated that no checked baggage was included with the ticket. This information was also reflected in the confirmation email automatically sent to you after the booking was completed.
If a baggage allowance is included with a particular fare, it would normally be displayed during the booking process and reflected in the booking confirmation. However, after reviewing your booking, we can confirm that no checked baggage allowance was shown on either the booking confirmation or the confirmation email.
As the booking was completed directly by you through our website, there was no interruption or alteration made by our team during the booking process. Based on the information available in our system, we therefore have no indication of an error on our side regarding the baggage allowance.
We understand that baggage information is an important part of your travel arrangements. If you notice any discrepancy during the booking process in the future, we strongly recommend contacting our Reservations Team before completing payment. Our team will be happy to review the fare conditions and assist you in confirming the applicable baggage allowance before the booking is finalised.

I had a very positive experience…
I had a very positive experience booking my flights with The Travel House.
Initially, I was a little cautious because the price they offered was significantly cheaper than booking directly with the airline. However, everything went smoothly. The booking process was straightforward, the communication was professional, and I received my confirmed tickets as promised.
I managed to save a considerable amount of money compared with the price offered directly by the airline, which made the whole experience even better.
I am very happy with the service and would definitely consider using The Travel House again for future trips. Highly recommended!
