I have bought what I thought was a tile…

I have bought what I thought was a tile backing board turns out to be a 6mm insulation board. Ok no worries I can still use it insulate some parts of the shower room, wrong, I have never come across stuff more brittle than this, it snaps at the slightest pressure, what a complete waste of money and time.
Wont come back here again.

I had recently brought a large order…

I had recently brought a large order from UFH store and have had a great experience. The team called me to check in with my order and if they could help, they instantly responded to me with a query and issue I had and resolved this with no problem what so ever. I would highly recommend and use this company for all my future projects going forward.

The sales team were excellent at…

The sales team were excellent at providing advice and helped us draw the pipe map on CAD which was very useful when we were laying the pipes.

One of the parts were missing and the customer service team sorted it out almost immediately and we got the parts before the plumbers left.

Would highly recommend the service.

Outstanding

I was in a state due to thermostat not working, managed to find/contact the Underfloor Heating company. Once they knew the issue and that I had a valid warranty still, a replacement was dispatched and received following day. My house was 🔥 but customer service received was excellent from both the staff I spoke too. Thank you.

Unexpectedly low cost of delivery

I opted for the cheapest delivery option and was surprised by both the speed of delivery and the care that had been taken wrapping large heavy items. There was no damage to any of the items and the package was taken to the location requested.

I give a 4 star rating because I think there’s always room for improvement.

The staff are always helpful whether on the phone, Email or in store and prices have always been competitive which is important when recommending to clients
