Simply amazing company…
Simply amazing company… I had some problems figuring out how to claim my vouchers and Jordan spent the better part of a few days sorting me out…. It was as if I were his only customer… alas with customer service like that and such an amazing product range, I am sure they must have so so many customers… one of the best online grocers out there! Great company
I've ordered three times from TVK and I'm very happy with all of my orders from them. Their product selection is great, and their shipping is always quick and reliable. I highly recommend giving them a go.

The best!
I highly recommend The VeganKind Supermarket. I've been using the site for more than two years now, and I've never had a problem.
I recently subscribed to the lifestyle box, and I can't be happier. It is like having a mini birthday every month. My daughter and I share the goodies, and there is always something special for us.
I also love the boxes themselves. Very sturdy and colourful. I'm reusing them to organise my daughter's art supplies.
The customers' service is extremely helpful and very friendly.
I hope they continue delivering great vegan food and making this world better.

One of my yoghurt pots arrived split…
One of my yoghurt pots arrived split and had leaked. I emailed Vegankind with the photos noting that it would be the Monday before I’d get a response as I was emailing on the weekend.
As always a very prompt, friendly, helpful response on the Monday and offer to apply points to the value of the yoghurt plus a little extra or a gift card to same value…I asked for points. Slight delay in a response to confirm but I know as a small business they are very, very busy.
I’ve given 5 stars because out of all the companies I deal with and that things don’t always go right I know Vegankind always aim to deal as quickly, fairly as possible.

My Vegan Go To for a year now.
I have used The Vegan Kind for a year now and they are my go to for all things Vegan. Great variety, reliable quick shipping, well packed and I find their prices reasonable. Yes of course you can find cheaper prices in some supermarkets, but not the variety and convenience. I am in a rural area so using them has been so helpful! A year of ordering and I have had all great experiences and customer services.

Amazing customer service, emails get replied to quickly and nothing too much trouble. The subscription boxes are good value and prices in the supermarket are reasonable with good offers.

Amazing company. Easy platform to order from. Prices don't seem too bad, excellent choice. The reward point system is good, quickly gain rewards. Delivery is very quick, items are kept well chilled and protected. Faultless.

Excellent service lovely people I have been monthly…
I have been subscribing to TVK monthly lifestyle box for years. It’s my regular treat to my daughter who lives away. I recently had an issue with a delivery- through no fault of TVK - but they sorted out the issue immediately. Thanks to Emma and the whole team. Very happy with the service as always 😊

Excellent customer service following delivery of a damaged cake. Jordan responded on the next working day to my email and offered to replace it immediately and sure enough, a perfectly packaged cake arrived the next day.
