Outstanding customer service

Great website and outstanding customer service! After my package was delayed and handled in a rough manner by DPD, I reached out to TheVeganKind's customer service team to report faulty items. They handled my request with the utmost kindness and understanding (Thank you Rhona!). Would definitely recommend this website for all your vegan needs!

Fantastic Customee Service

There was a blip with my order, which was highlighted to me by Customer Service, Jordan in particular. It was very quickly sorted out in an efficient and friendly manner.
It was great that they contacted me rather than wait until my order didn't arrive and then I'd have to query.
Order issues happen sometimes, it can't be helped.
Thank you for sorting it so easily
Always a great service and great products. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service

I purchased the Easter box & the beautiful box was damaged in transit. I emailed the company & received a 1st class service. Emma was so helpful & has resolved the issue. Best customer service ever!!!

Great customer service and huge choice.

I have just purchased from the Vegan Kind for the first time. There is a huge choice of products. My order was despatched at lightning speed. It was vegan cheese and arrived nice and cool in insulated packaging with ice packs. There was a minor issue with one item which was dealt with efficiently by the friendly customer services team. I have only recently adopted a vegan diet. It has been a bit of a steep learning curve and am pleased that I have found the Vegan Kind.

Great products and excellent customer service

I hadn’t ordered for ages because I couldn’t access my account. I finally got round to contacting them and the matter was resolved quickly - so I’ve placed another order! The product range has expanded over the years and it’s so easy to shop without having to check all the ingredients for hidden animal products as is necessary for other online supermarkets. The biggest pleasure though is how lovely the team is, always friendly and helpful. Please keep up the good work - so refreshing these days to receive first class service at affordable prices.

Shambles

Terrible service from the subscription box side of the business. I am still waiting for my January box. They told me to contact my local Royal Mail depot as it will probably be there. It is your job to get my box delivered to me! They then said as I had paid for a 3 month subscription, they could not refund me. I will be taking this further…

While discussing your January box and our expected delivery timescales, we'd offered to cancel and refund the remaining boxes of your 3 month subscription if you felt the subscription wasn't the right fit for you. When it comes to undelivered boxes, we'll always make sure that these are refunded or replaced depending on your preference! :)

Amazing service

Amazing service. Unfortunately as I live in Jersey the delivery company were delayed with our food and was no longer good to be delivered. The customer service couldn’t have been any better. Mistakes happen and we all know that but the way they handled it was amazing! Love the food (especially honestly tasty cheese) highly recommend

Order delivered over 2 weeks late

Our order was delivered over 2 weeks late. Day of delivery came and no delivery, and we never received any communication at all from the Vegan Kind as to why. It was only after we reached out that they responded... Not a very good impression. After that, the only solution offered was to resend the order, which is obviously the least they could do seeing as we paid for these items already. However seeing as we had already done a shop at the supermarket the couple days before delivery, it was really inconvenient as now we had food that needed to be eaten ASAP and had too much really. (None of it could be re-frozen as they put stickers on mentioning you should not freeze). They basically just said a weak sorry and blamed 3rd parties, but we ordered from The Vegan Kind so it is really still up to them to remedy the situation and ensure customer satisfaction. Poor service and therefore wouldn't order again, nor recommend them.

I used this company once almost two…

I used this company once almost two years ago. Ever since they have been trying to take money from my account (which I no longer have)! But still, I've emailed them countless times and told them I'm not interested in there products or in there service of any kind so, please stop sending me emails!

I can't unsubscribe from these emails but they are prolific! I've got some important course to do and I'm sick to death of these constant emails. I'm sure if I was to update my billing information you wouldn't be so slow in answering now please will you understand I'm not interested take me off your system now!!!!

As discussed in our emails, we did not receive any messages to cancel your subscription which is why you kept receiving the emails notifying you about your subscription payments. These emails are sent automatically when payment fails, in order to let you know that there may be something wrong with your payment method. These are not marketing emails and are sent for your own security.

The first contact we received from you regarding this issue, that we can see, was on Saturday when we were closed, which is why we responded on Monday morning. Please do send over some screenshots of the previous emails you sent regarding this issue to info@thevegankind.com so we can investigate this because we would never intentionally ignore our lovely customers!

I’m so glad that we were able to resolve this problem for you over email though, and it would mean the world to us if you would consider updating your review to reflect this! :)

One stop vegan shop with ever expanding range

Have used them for a few years now. Never had a problem with orders, everything has been carefully wrapped and protected with thought and lots of care taken. The range is expanding massively and their prices are fair. Would use again and again. Staff are lovely as well.

My go-to vegan grocery shop

I have ordered more than three times from The Vegan Kind. And every time I open the box with excitement.

The selection of products is amazing! Although it's a little pricier compared to big supermarket brands, The Vegan Kind is the first place I check when it comes to vegan alternatives.
