This is a fabulous place to shop. The staff are friendly and instantly responsive to any queries. I wont tell you which is my favourite cheese as I want to keep it all to myself. Ive been using The VeganKind for several months now and they are really the best. Special offers and discounts drop into my inbox all the time and next day delivery is great. All packaging is recyclable....what more can you ask. 5 Stars Vegankind. Thank You.

Despite my recent package arriving damaged and a couple items burst open, TVK quickly resolved the issue and sent immediate replacements. Superb service and would highly recommend TVK to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work!

I've ordered from TVK a number of times and have always had great service in a great time frame. The food quality is fab, the range is growing all the time, they have great boxes which I have just tried out and are super exciting to get! They always get back to you if you have a question at the most within a few days, which is pretty amazing considering the current state of the world, and they are always happy to help out in any way they can. They also support the vegan community in a broader way by providing recipes and taking a stand.

My order arrived within 24 hours, which was very impressive. However, a shop of £168.00 was packed in to one box, which resulted in damage to some of the products, some having to be disposed of when ice packs melted.

Having everything in one box also meant it needed two of us to carry to the kitchen. As I do make large orders I will probably do a dried food and frozen order separately.

Customer service was very good and I was offered a gift card to use on my next order, or points to the same value, but not a refund. As I rate their products highly, and will continue to use, this offer was acceptable.

Previously I have left 5 star reviews, however due to the inconvenience mentioned it would not be right to do this. Nor would it be right in my case to leave anything lower than 4 stars.

Great products (although the pizza line should have expanded by now (been shopping with tVK for years)) but the new website is a clusterfcuk of busyness now. Clogging it up with emojis yet I can't even see my trolley in full view. Simple, sometimes, is best.

Excellent company with great products that can be difficult source elsewhere. All orders are sent quickly and well packaged. I’ve order many times and have never had any issues (quite often we get freebies included!). Thanks for the great service and making it so easy to find great vegan products!

Responded quickly and efficiently to a delivery problem. Swift action to resolve the problem and very clear and fast communication throughout.

This vegan shop has been around for a while now, and I've been shopping there for years. They always have excellent service and really care about their customers. They have a wide range to choose from and offer free shipping on orders over £65. They often include freebies in packages, too.
I've only once had a problem with a package being damaged, and vegan kind actually contacted me about it, as the delivery service had contacted them in transit. They replaced it right away. Deliveries are usually super fast, even during lockdown and recently with lorry driver shortages, which of course isn't in their hands anyway (I was just pleasantly surprised).
In my experience the team at vegan kind do everything they possibly can to keep their customers happy. I highly recommend giving them a try, although you might become addicted to some of their yummy products. 😋

Delighted with my recent order…one of my fridge items arrived a little squashed and when I mentioned it, the team asked for details to ensure it didn’t happen again and gave me a lovely voucher

Did online shopping at The Vegan kind (a shop you can shop with a good conscience due their ethics) a couple of items were damaged, emailed them with photos of what had happened, explained that I did not want a refund as the items were under a pound, but they sent a gift card above the cost of the products, even in the past they have been amazing, their customer service is always excellent well above the rest of all the other companies put together. Would defiantly recommend this really caring and efficient company.
