Customer Service was brilliant
Emma from TVK Customer Service was brilliant dealing with a query re Christmas delivery on an order already placed. I’m a longtime TVK customer but snapped up some goodies in a flash sale but couldn’t see the usual tracking info on the site due to a techie glitch. Emma was really kind, pleasant and lovely to talk to and helped out so quickly I couldn’t believe the speedy turnaround, especially at this busy Christmas time. Buy from TVK with confidence, they won’t let you down!

Absolutely brilliant...
Ordered yesterday morning and everything arrived today. Really happy with the service and it is so lovely to be able to shop without worrying about reading every label or panicking about hidden ingredients. Great Company, fantastic Customer Service.
I ordered the 3 Simon Howie Breakfast Pack to Freeze 2 as These packs are delicious.
I do not notice the packs were Frozen and Defrosted on Delivery to me.
This was my mistake Not Vegankind.
I contacted Customer Service asking about Fresh Breakfast Packs.
Heather answered me and Couldn’t have been more helpful.
She explained the process and how they are still a small company and can’t as yet have Fresh Breakfast Packs
Heather even offered a Voucher as I’d given away 2 packs.
This was over and above in my opinion.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order again in future.
I have ordered other items and have not been disappointed.
Overall a great Company with great customer service.

I have been a TVK customer for some time, always happy.
I have been buying from TVK for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Shipping has always been swift, products are quality and the staff are a special bunch of people who surpass all maximum requirements in customer service !
My last order had an additional product accidentally included when I informed TVK they did not want payment for it! Now THAT's what I call ***** service.

Excellent customer service
My subscription wasn't delivered to my address and ended up being returned to TheVeganKind. They got in touch with me promptly and offered to resend the parcel or refund my payment. I choose the refund option which was refunded the following day.
