I had a battery put in my watch on…
I had a battery put in my Armani watch on Wednesday. They also cleaned all my jewellery to a high standard and under an hour I was really impressed. I received a warm welcome when I approached and the guy was really friendly unlike the jewellers in front of NEXT where I originally went but changed my mind as I was ignored.

Watch Lab @ Bluewater
Yet again The Watch Lab at Bluewater Dartford gave great advice on possible watch repair. On this occasion the watch strap was broken and easily repaired. Thank you. The watch though did not need new battery requirement but a new part. Advised it would more expensive to do than value of an inexpensive watch. Over the years this Watch Lab near M&S has been extremely helpful and successful in solving other watch concerns. No charge. Greatly appreciated. ✅✨☘️

I did get his name but the guy not only repaired it but made it look brand new. He was so empathetic to my story and went above and beyond.

Visited the shop in Buchanan Galleries today (6/7/26) and the guy was really helpful and knowledgable - he fixed my TAG watch in no time and gave me sound advice as what to do if the same problem reoccured - This was after a dissapointing experience from the high end jeweller that I bought the watch from Would highly recommend going to The Watch Lab in Buchanan Gardens with any issues with you watch.
