I went with my dad Mr Parker to meet with Amber she was very polite and very patient with my dad and gave us confidence and the professional help we needed I would highly recommend the Willshop if you are thinking about getting your will done.as it was easy to give them a five star rating.

Don’t bother! And don’t be duped by cheap quotes You’re better off going to more reputable firms and paying a bit more. You literally get what you pay for at the Will Shop - and sometimes not even that! Wanted to change the will. Explained our requirements to them, but they didn’t seem to listen and refused to comply with our wishes. They ended up charging us nearly £200 to produce exactly the same will! So we had to go to another firm who gave us excellent service.

Customer service standards are very low, it can take weeks and several chases to get simple responses. They never apologise, never explain, but seem to think they are doing you a favour rather than providing a service. Not a very professional firm - avoid!

We had our wills written. The lady continually got the gender of our child wrong, despite corrections. The paperwork arrived with the mistake still evident. I asked for a refund of my deposit. It has been over two months and they still have our money. Despite some staff trying to help, their hands are tied, as the director, Amber Lee Muldoon, is rude and dismissive and has obstructed our refund repeatedly.
