Horrible place

Horrible place. My child went for "restbite" at their bridge facility due to mental health issues. They had her in a class with children of behavioural needs who use this program as a "bridge" before being kicked out. There excuse is they have no other facilities or staff to separate them. My vulnerable child was bullied continuously from students and the teachers were bad mouthing her when she was absent with the students who bullied her acting like she was part of their little gang and forgetting her age or job title. When I spoke to the head she didn't seem at all bothered in fact she got quite defensive over her precious program and tried her best to blame my daughter. I had a meeting with her school and a staff member from the bridge as I refused to send her back into the lions den. The member sent from the bridge wasn't the one in charge she was surprisingly busy lol the member sent was someone who wasn't even there throughout this ordeal and didn't seem to give a danm about what was happening. Once again my daughter was blamed and made to feel guilty for missing this golden opportunity that others don't get due to funding and that she was ungrateful her head of house even made sure she made a remark at the end "I'll send the invoice over" for that added touch of guilt. They were blaming my daughter for it all and being completely dismissive. Supposed to be a place to help students with mental health problems yet it made her worse. She was getting threats sent and told to go and k herself from students and even had videos made about her on social media when we showed them evidence they still blamed her. And made her feel bad for speaking up. Don't be fooled by the smiles and friendly attitude. We were promised this would help my daughter by her school and this one they couldn't sing higher praises for this place after a long battle this seemed like a light as the end of a tunnel but how wrong was I. After doing more research i have discovered I'm not the only parent with nightmare stories about this place. A horrible program do not send your child here and don't be fooled like I was.
