Conveyancing of deceased estate some 200 miles away. Property was sold by auction and everything including solicitors was conducted online. Simple and seamless and given the auction timeframe and restricted peramiters all was done very speedily. We were very pleased with price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

The sale was not a straightforward one as it turned out that our purchasers were not ready to proceed, however Mark and Jamie took all the difficulties in their stride and were at all times supportive, patient and accessible. They worked hard to make the process run as smoothly as possible. We particularly appreciated the promptness that all enquiries were dealt with. Latest modern systems in place to enable all the documents to be sent digitally which speeded up all the processes and this helped as I lived some distance away so it could all be completed remotely.

GDPR breached early on in our conveyancing, which is reason enough to leave a 1 star review but it’s really only the start. Nothing but inconsistent incompetence holding up every aspect of our move. If you’ve got any sense, use any other solicitor on the planet.

TFS handled the conveyancing for our house sale and purchase.
Throughout the whole process they dealt promptly and efficiently with occasional bumps in the road, and communication was excellent.
They always gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble, advised helpfully when necessary and always delivered on what was agreed.

Terrible service, no communication they send out on line forms to complete and then you don’t hear anything. No rush to help me complete timely. Not even a phone call.

We used Thomas Flavell in the purchase of our first home. We had a great experience using Hiren and Shelley and would highly recommend. They were able to complete all the paperwork in 3 weeks and we were able to move in, within 4 weeks. We are now using them again in the sale of this property and purchase of another, again they have been fantastic and we have been consistently waiting for the buyer’s solicitors and sellers solicitors who have been holding things up. Very fair pricing as well.

Disorganised and clueless,seem to be using lots of non lawyers such as paralegals with little experience to pass people from laywer to laywer with. no real understanding of who they need to send you to.

Lawyer at Hinckley agressive and rude when asekd for detailed answers. Very odd firm, feels as though it's set up to make maximum profits by keeping you away from actual lawyers and sending you through various paralegals and other not fullt qulaified legal staff.

I applied online using their standard form for a will and spent 30 minutes completing all of the required detail. This was three weeks ago. Nobody even bothered calling me back. I chased again via email….Still no reply. I finally phoned today to be told they’re too busy to do it, what a waste of my time. However, probably just as well if this is the kind of sloppy attitude I would experience , i don’t really want them writing my will!
