I purchased a chain as a gift. The individual felt it was too small/thin. I got the return label, after providing the necessary paperwork twice. Put it in the mail March 4th. On the 11th I tracked it because I hadn't had any feedback. It was delivered on the 5th. I've sent two e-mails requesting an update. All I get back is their auto response saying it could take a few days to respond. It's been 6 days and I've yet to receive any response.
So far this has not been a great experience and I would just like my refund.

The staff at Braehead store are all very welcoming and friendly. I now have quite a few pieces of jewellery, which I love, but the staff are what makes me want to go back there. I have had lots of visits with my daughter as she is an avid fan of the jewellery and each visit has been excellent. Great customer service each time. I was in on sat 14th March to have some links removed from my new watch and once again the young lad was so helpful. The other chap was also welcoming whilst the staff member was away fixing my watch. I'm a very happy customer and cant recommend them enough.

I have been into Thomas Sabo shops to purchase presents on a number of occasions. However, I have been unable to get to the shops, so I purchased on line. I thought this would be fine as delivered by Royal Mail.
The purchase I made was later than expected delivery, and I had a message from Royal Mail it was going to be delivered on Saturday. But no. The delivery came today while I was at work, no
Option of safe place given (normally Royal Mail would take to our Post office in the village if no one is in) my Royal Mail notification said today no signature required??? This is a £475 item which was left on my front doorstep with Thomas Sabo written on the box.

Received my order today which was great.
I would have given five stars only for the following:
1. The size of the box was far too big for the three items ordered.
2. The necklace arrived with a knot, whilst I appreciate this could have happened in transit if the necklace had of been placed securely in the box rather than in the small plastic bag , this would not have happened. Given that this was a delicate thin chain it took a good fifteen minutes to undo the knot..
Altogether happy with my purchase and would have no hesitation to buy again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Thomas Sabo. A ring of mine was lost while in their care — a ring that held significant sentimental value to me. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the way this situation was handled afterward was very upsetting.
Instead of properly resolving the issue, I was given a replacement of the same style but in a different size, which is not equivalent and not something I can properly use. The original ring cannot be replaced emotionally, and this was never adequately acknowledged.
To make matters worse, the only compensation offered was 20% off a future purchase, which feels completely inadequate given the circumstances. Offering a discount that requires me to spend more money with the company does not resolve the loss or demonstrate accountability.
I expected far better customer care from a brand like Thomas Sabo. Sadly, this experience has left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer, and I would think twice before trusting them with anything of personal importance again.

Having given a lower rating for my order not having been delivered in time for Christmas, I now understand that this was not the fault of the Company, but it's delivery service. I regularly order from Thomas Sabo and the communication is excellent, they keep you updated from when you make your order and you can track your package.
The items always arrive well packaged and very quickly, considering they have to travel through customs. My wife is really happy with the charms and the ring and the fit is perfect.
