The bottom row of plants we’re serverly crushed but I’m afraid they didn’t survive after fresh air and watering opened the box as soon as it arrived

There was a problem at first, and I'm so impressed with how quickly it was sorted, no messing about, no ifs, buts, etc, sorted. Have bought a number of times with them, and never had a problem, and will carry on using them. Plant in excellent condition, well packaged, and quick delivery, thank you

All hanging baskets delivered on time and in excellent condition. They are now flowering freely and looking great. T M communication, as always, very good and compared to prices in garden centres, these baskets are excellent value. Many thanks for excellent service.

The seeds arrived in a timely fashion. I much prefer seed packets with photos of the plants on the front. Possibly due to the heatwave but I’ve had a poor germination rate of the kales I bought.

I was very well impressed with the amount of bulbs that I received. In all honesty I was not expecting that many. So many that I still have a few to plant out, I ran out of space. I wrote this review on 15 July 2026 so that U could check the quality of my new plants. They are perfect. Thank you

The plants I received were as described and well packed and labelled. I was a little concerned that having accepted my order certain plants were suddenly not available. Instead of telling me this they sent me Two unwanted hanging baskets. After I made contact the full price for the missing items were refunded as I was told stocks of what I had ordered were now out of stock even though they were in stock when I place the original order

The delivery was punctual, and the plants were in excellent condition, well-packed to prevent any damage. While I’ve ordered plants from other garden centers, I must say that Thompson offers good value for money, reliable delivery, and excellent packaging, including healthy plants. .

Always offer great customer service

One of the plants I ordered arrived looking half dead. I was told it just needed water due to the hot weather. Plant has not recovered, so paid 34.99 for a plant that is half dead. Not happy and will not buy from again as waste of money.

I ordered three sunbelievable plants and they arrived beautifully packed, and are very strong. One is in flower already. I also ordered three dahlias, again packed beautifully and very strong plants.

I have planted all six plants and am a very happy gardener.

So easy to use the website kind and caring if you have a problem all the live plants I have purchased from them have been healthy and grown really well would recommend this company and fantastic value for money

Plugs were small, just about viable. Lots of TLC needed to bring them on. Most survived and are now in border and pots.

Easy to use website, lovely plants. Good prices

Overall not too bad. It certainly cuts through thick branches with ease. The only reason I haven't given five stars is 1) A bit awkward trying to get the chain on, perhaps a two man job 2) with the extension pole extended fully, it seems a bit top heavy.
