All plants dead on arrival most probably due to weather but. Not encouraging

Easy to order, goods arrived safely and on time. Hassle free!

Speedy delivery and for once it was free. Cannot afford usual postage so this was a real treat.

I keep giving T&M a chance, either plants are out of stock (so you pay £6.99 delivery for very few plants) or bulbs that are delivered are just a bag of dust (particularly poppies), I have made a complaint, no reply, next order so many things missing or miss labelled. Customer services are non existent. Such a shame.

First order was unfortunately delayed in transit and you kindly sent a replacement. They did eventually turn up but in a very poor battered condition. This wasn’t a problem as the replacement was on its way. However the replacement plants were all snapped in half and not fit for purpose

Nice healthy plants, a good price and kept up to date with dispatch details etc

The delivery was quick but the product was a little disappointing

After planting my last order of plants within a couple of weeks ago.
I am afraid they died and was a bit upset I am not blaming you it was more off the weather.

Delivery just about on time plants smaller than expected hope they survive

Multiple orders weren't despatched at the same time resulting in having to be home on more than one occasion which was annoying and inconvenient but the quality was very 👍

My plants are thriving in my garden with plenty of watering in this hot weather!

I gave 4 stars but the basket did not travel very well to much movement in the box so the plant had some damage

Purchased 2 hanging baskets with apricot begonias. They arrived within days, well packed and ready to hang. They both settled well and producing some beautiful healthy flowers unlike a local garden centre which were a disgrace and had to discard them. So pleased with the service and quality of Thompson & Morgan. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.
