I had an accident at work and a friend recommended Stephen Southworth at Thorneycroft solicitors in Macclesfield.
To say I made a good decision by contacting him is an understatement. Mr. Southworth and his colleagues have been outstanding.He listened, took everything on board and worked so hard. His attention to detail has resulted in a very positive outcome. It’s been a long, drawn out procedure but it was worth it. I would highly recommend Thorneycroft solicitors to anyone looking for advice and legal representation. So very, very grateful for everything they have done for me.

Kamila Jaworska was the solicitor i was assigned for my purchase. She has been absolutely fantastic for quite a complicated purchase of a house. As a first time young buyer she was extremely supportive and communicated effectively throughout the entire process, couldn’t recommended using her and Thorneycroft as a solicitor more.

William Pembleton took over our case a few months back and has been extremely attentive and quick with anything that needs doing. Very on the ball.

No questions have been to much trouble for him, he will reply via email pretty much instantly and if there is anything we didnt understand he is happy to pick up the phone and talk to us.

I put in a claim through Thorneycroft in 2022. Unfortunately through the backlog of cases due to covid my claim took a bit longer than it should.
However, I was always kept informed throughout my claim and everyone especially William Pemberton at Thorneycroft were very professional, courteous and always provided all the information I needed. Any questions I had or queries about certain procedures that I didnt understand were answered quickly and efficiently.

Thorneycroft solicitors are great because theyve been so supportive and helpful especially Grace and Claire ,my partner suffers with autism and adhd but they were so understanding and let me deal with things on his behalf .
Nothing was ever to much trouble and got back to me really quick when I needed to ask questions .

Claire and Lisa were excellent. Purchase went through like a dream, sale was quite Tricky due to buyers solicitors not accepting indemnity. Lisa tried many things to push it through and eventually it did. Only issues I had were that comms could be better, my first solicitor left the company and I wasn't informed. However for the cost I can't recommend them enough
