My case originally handled by Alastair Bailes, then transferred to Sarah, who successfully bought it to conclusion in January 2025.

I had a very serious work accident back in Aprill 2022 my case was originally handled by solictor Alistair Bailes , I felt that the case could have had a faster outcome considering the company I was suing accepted full responsibility, within the first email from my solicitors being
sent. In 2024 I was given a new solicitor Sarah Hancock , I felt that she pushed harder for the right outcome which is what you need from your solicitor, you could tell that she was a no nonsense bad ass whom worked tirelessly to get me a good outcome ,due to this I finally got my payout !
Bear in mind you will have to pay a 25% fee . I was however disappointed that I also had to
pay for all my treatments too from my payout . However without Sarah Hancock and Thorny Croft Solicitors I would
have received nothing so I am
grateful.
