Thor's Tree provided an absolutely outstanding service! From start to finish, their work was incredibly fast and exceptionally clean. They removed our tree with impressive efficiency and left the area spotless.

The Thors Trees team were brilliant from from start to finish. The boys who worked on our garden delivered exactly what was wanted (and needed!) in a timely manor ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. You can tell they know their stuff as they were very informative throughout!

Brilliant service. Katie arranged a site visit and quote 15 minutes after the initial enquiry and the job was booked in the next day. Jack and his team were great - friendly, professional and thorough. They listened to our needs, cleaned up after the job and were considerate of our neighbours. If only it were always this easy!

This company clearly thinks of itself as a good company and make an effort to live up to that. I have used them on 2 separate occasions and with the first I was completely satisfied. The second had good parts, e.g. the guys doing the actual work carried it out well, but I was very disappointed with the level of contracting before the work took place. I had been given a "rough estimate", which I decided to accept, but when I contacted to accept the estimate it was suddenly almost doubled. When I queried that, I was told that the tree in question was large and would need special "rigging", which I don't believe was entirely truthful. If I were to virtually double an estimate for a client in my work, I would at least contact them to discuss it properly. Further, the guys doing the actual work forgot to take away a fuel tank of some size and when I contacted the company to see if they would remove it, I received no response. I'm not sure whether I see these niggles as carelessness or arrogance - either way, I doubt if I would use this company in the future.

My partner walked past Thor's Trees working in our neighbourhood, which led to us giving them a call about a eucalyptus and palm tree in our garden that had grown significantly since we moved in a year ago. They were quick to respond, easy to deal with and quoted a price that we were happy with to remove one and cut back the other.

On the day the three-man team were friendly, efficient and considerate with our garden and more importantly our neighbours' gardens. They were also really thorough in cleaning up, both inside and out. Our view is much improved and we no longer have to worry about what the roots are up to underneath our home.

Overall - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Thor's Trees after such a positive experience.

What wonderful staff at Thor, who also delivered a top class job with my fruit trees. From the professional manner in which they provided me with a quick and reasonable quote to the efficient and pleasant way the two tree surgeons worked and cleaned up afterwards. It's so rare to find positive professionals these days so I would highly recommend Thor.

I have always found the work teams to be highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient at their job and do a great clean up too.
The girls in the office are very friendly, efficient and always happy to help with bookings/payments etc.

Thors trees were hired to trim back two trees, Willow in neighbours garden and Silver birch in ours as they were blocking sunlight to both gardens.

I recently used Thor's trees to trim a large, overgrown laurel. This shrub required a substantial reduction and the outcome demonstrates the value of using professionals to undertake such a task. Throughout the job the team were careful to check they were meeting my requirements, and were respectful of my garden. They were not only professional but also very personable, and a pleasure to deal with. That was also the case with the way the estimate was conducted and with telephone conversations I had with the office.
