We're so sorry to hear that your Mother's Day card did not arrive on the expected delivery date. We would expect Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries to arrive within 2 working days, and can only apologise that this wasn't the case. Especially for such an important occasion.

We're so sorry to hear your Mother's Day cards didn't arrive in time for the occasion. These were dispatched on 10th March via Royal Mail Second Class so we would have expected this to be delivered between 12th and 13th March. We can only apologise that this wasn't the case.

We can see that you've now been in touch with our lovely Customer Happiness team who have resolved this for you, but of course, if we can help with anything else, please don't hesitate to get back in touch.

We regret to hear that your order did not arrive. We sent your card with Royal Mail's 2nd Class service, this is a two day service, but they do admit a small number of items can take up to four working days to arrive. We can only apologise for this; sadly, due to the lack of tracking provided for these items, once an order is in the postie's hands, it does mean we're unable to follow along with your order's journey. As it has now been over four days however, it does unfortunately sound like your order may have gotten caught up and potentially been lost in the postal system along the way.

We'd love to be able to look into this further for you and help get this sorted, but we're unable to see you have been in touch. Please do drop us an email directly at talktous@thortful.com, and a member of our Customer Happiness Team will get on the case ASAP! :)

We do our best to ensure all orders are sent out as quickly as possible, but sadly, a number of items can be impacted by delays in the postal system along the way. This is a two day service, but the Royal Mail do admit a number of items can take up to four working days to arrive. We can only apologise for this; once an order is in the postie's hands, there is a bit of a limit as to what we're able to do, we're afraid. Big apologies for any inconvenience caused on this occasion.

However, as it has now been over four working days, it could be that your order has gotten caught up and been lost in the postal system along the way. We're so sorry for this.

We're really sorry about this, it's super frustrating for us as a business as this is something we have no control over, and we truly hate to let our customers down. Due to the lack of tracking provided for most of Royal Mail's services, it does mean we're unable to pinpoint the exact issue, however, for this to happen on more than one occasion is really odd, and it could be that there is a backlog of post in your local area, we're afraid.
