I would have given no stars if possible…

I would have given no stars if possible I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on the Tuesday before I was given a delivery date of the sat on the Friday I was sent a time of delivery between 06,50 and 09.50 for the sat morn but nothing arrived they didn’t come until the Monday on arrival 95 % of the flowers were dead to the extent the stalks were liquid they had to go straight in the bin I complained and was talking to a nice enough guy called Aaron who apologised and said he would send a replacement as promised he did these arrived quickly the following day but sadly not only was this bunch less than half the size of the ones I had ordered these were also dead and had to be binned straight away

Mother Day Let Down

Still waiting for my Mothers Day card from my son who lives away. I have seen the confirmation that it was ordered in plenty of time. He was so disappointed that it never arrived! Not great service that five days on from Morthering Sunday it’s still not arrived!

Don’t order flowers from this company

Don’t order flowers from this company! My son did for Mothers Day and a huge disappointment. The tulips were withered with yellowing, torn leaves and the foliage was brown. On complaining, I was told not the usual high standard, so was sent a replacement. They arrived in a worse state, with black slimey leaves… a better standard? An insult.

I’m sure they can manage selling E greetings cards, but They must stop the flower delivery service, as clearly not competent in this area.

No cards AGAIN

On more than one occasion my order never arrived. Not late, just didn't arrive! Which tells me it was never posted in the first place.

My address isn't wrong - I know this because I have had orders arrive successfully.

My most recent order was for mothers day. It didn't arrive. Then had to dive out last minute and pay again.

FYI - if your card doesn't arrive. You are given credit and not a refund. My suggestion would be to save yourself agro and use someone else. Feels scammy at this point.

I made an order for a Mothers Day card…

I made an order for a Mothers Day card and gave plenty of time for delivery. Unfortunately the card has failed to be delivered. When I phoned today to inquire, there was a recorded message advising of 'technical difficulties'. I have emailed and await a response

We're so sorry to hear your Mother's Day card didn't arrive. We send our cards with our partners the Royal Mail. They are usually very reliable with cards arriving within 1-2 working days. However, they do admit the odd number of items may take up to 3 working days to arrive. We can only apologise for this. Sadly, if it has been over 3 working days, it could be that your card has gotten caught up in their system and lost along the way. Due to the lack of tracking provided for these items, it does mean there is a bit of a limit as to what we are able to do once an order is in the postie's hands - we're really sorry your order didn't arrive for the occasion.
