This is even a real shop it's a scam! They have stolen a the merch on their website from keepitpersonalclothing.co.uk and are trying to pass it off as their own. Don't order, they don't even own or make these items.

Awful awful awful. Take your money and then disappear. Unfortunately after ready the other 1 star reviews it appears we have all had the same treatment. Order in October 2024 for Christmas. After chasing them in December i had one email from them saying lost in the post and they will resend. Since then no communication. Contacted on website, instagram, email and just completed ignored and no refund issued. Will be taking legal action now.

Never shipped my item. Shirt was ordered on 12/22/2024. They sent me an email two weeks after purchase saying it was lost in the mail. I waited an additional two weeks after that and still had not received it. Sent an email asking for an update on 1/18. No response. Sent another email on 1/23 as well as filing a support ticket on their website. No response. Finally I filed a complaint with my bank for a charge back on 1/31.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been waiting well over a month for my order. I have contacted thread rody multiple times and all they do is send me a tracking number. No customer service, no resolution, no accountability, nothing. It’s super scamy too because when you get your receipt it’s from goose media but then the PayPal address is called admin. payment@ bangitamyshop.com not Thread Rody, nor goose media. I have called both shipping companies they list a tracking number with and both shipping companies say they don’t have the package. At this point they’ve just stolen from me and I’m gonna file a fraud claim on my credit card to get a refund cause I have zero product, zero response, zero resolution.

The shirt arrived today and is acceptable quality. I knocked off one star because the package was slow arriving and the company was slow to respond to my emails.

Don’t order from this store. My husband bought me a t-shirt as a gift and it’s too big. They refuse to do an exchange. Don’t waste you money.

REVIEW EDIT : i received ZERO communication until they saw my 1 star review . then i received an email stating it was a design issue & then i received a tiktok message stating the post office lost my package . liars . i was then hounded multiple times to take down my review . they even tried to bribe me w/ a 10% off my NEXT order to get me to do it . UNPROFESSIONAL . my review stays because it is honest .

WHAT A JOKE . do not buy from here . it's definitely a scam . placed an order & over a month later , order number says "in progress" . sent multiple messages across tiktok (where they have answered me before) & sent emails . all were ignored once i placed the order . i started commenting on all their tiktok videos saying i never got my order & they just keep deleting my comments ! DO NOT BUY !!!!!!!

I bought a hoodie from threadrody on the 10th of September before I had read some of the reviews. After my purchase I was so worried that my package was not going to arrive. The communication was a bit broken as there were days in between responses which were concerning however I was very happy when I got the confirmation that it had been delivered after 15 days which is quite good considering they were shipping to the UK. Im very happy with my purchase and the quality is quite good. I would purchase from them again

It’s a scam. I thought I was buying from the artist but they stole the designs and faked the name. They ignore emails cancellation, and most importantly, the charge comes through as “TNT POD Fashion.” (POD means print on demand) they are NOt a small local shop in NY as the claim to be.
If you google TNT Fashion you’ll find tons of bad reviews. It’s counterfeit products.
I called my credit card company and they confirm that it is a scam and now I have to have a new credit card to prevent them (And anyone they sell my number to) from continue to place false charges on it.
I’m super upset because even here on trust pilot just a day or so ago they had a significantly higher rating. The positive ratings are fake.

This company steals other artist's work to make a quick buck. Once made aware of this fact, they blocked the artist's and owners of the intellectual property they stole. This company is totally morally bankrupt!! Do not buy from them!! It is not okay to steal other people's designs to line your pockets. You should be ashamed.

They steal designs from original creators to make profit.

Do not recommend.

I placed a pricey order in July 2023, that was 10 months ago. Never received my package, they ignore every single email and if they do reply it's months later. They also ignored numerous refund requests, awful customer service. Not willing to actually help and are only here for your money. Do not even bother

I bought 2 jumpers for myself and my girlfriend, once i paid I got no email or Tracking Number or confirmation just took my money and when I tried to get into contact I received no response. It's at the time of writing this been 2 weeks and still nothing

I would definitely not recommend.

On November 27th I gave a bad review because my credit card was cloned.
I wanted to wait a little bit to see if I ever received the sweater I purchased, because I saw a review that it took almost a month for someone to receive it, but sadly I did not. :( It was sent through USPS, the tag says it was delivered, but God knows to whom because I never arrived. I really wanted this sweater... I definitely do not recommend this.

I purchased a sweatshirt as a gift.
Pictures on their website looked nice, but when the actual item came I was extremely disappointed.
It is made out of cheap fabric, cuffs and the band on the bottom are made out of folded fabric that gives item a substandard, low-grade look.
Also, the band on the bottom is much smaller than
the sweatshirt itself which makes it look like a bubble.
It would be embarrassing to give a gift like that.
I wrote to the company, explained my disappointment with their product and said that I would like to send it back and get a refund.

The reply I got was “ we will send the picture to the manufacturer for proof and require them to reship the item for you.”
That tells me they don’t listen and don’t care.
Is manufacturer going to use better quality fabric, cuffs and a band to make one sweatshirt for me? Of course not.
For all that ThreadRody have said about the quality and integrity of their products, it is poorly designed and made.

Terrible customer service, processing and shipping times not accurate on website, has been 19 days since order was placed and there is no updated tracking information. Customer service person through chat just kept giving excuses and would not give me a refund when I requested one.

I bought a sweater on September 28, the page promises 2 - 3 weeks for international shipping, the package arrived until November 30, customer service never responded to my emails.

Likewise, the sweater is of poor quality, in the advertising image it comes with a brown label and the sweater that arrived to me is a generic label, the guide comes from Singapore and the parcel is the cheap postal service, and they charge you for shipping to a high price.

Frankly, I am totally disappointed in the brand.

This company has zero respect for “customer first”. When I placed my order, I used the guidelines they provided to ensure my order would arrive on time. Two weeks went by and I hadn’t heard from them, despite their website stating “Please allow 5-7 days for processing”.

I am an Australian who has summer Christmases, and ordered two Christmas jumpers to wear for a family trip to America for a white Christmas. I reached out to them and them explained this and that I needed my order to reach me before I left or could they help me change my address to a US address and I could pick it up there. They replied with an email begging for another week to send my item saying they had delays, rather than helping me sort out a new delivery address. This meant my items wouldn’t reach me, so I requested a refund as the items would be of no use to me. I heard back from them and they did not grant my request despite the fact that at no point on their website did they state orders were delayed.

I sent several more emails saying I didn’t want the items anymore as they would no longer get to me on time and my emails were ignored. Two days before I leave for America I receive an email saying my item has been shipped.

It’s absolutely disgusting that a company can take hundreds of dollars from you and not deliver based on the specifications provided on their website. Their website even states that items may arrive “sooner” than expected!
