I had a great experience purchasing from them. There was a typo in one of the sweaters I bought. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a new one with the correct information. The shipping was also very quick.

I ordered the Karma is a Cat shirt and love it! I enjoy that both sides have Taylor and cats on them. The cats as Taylor’s albums are amazing!

The order came in within less than a week of ordering it. It was a little oversized due to me being a xs. I still love it either way. It's very soft and comfortable to wear. I recommend buying from this company!

I could not recommend ThreadRody more! I purchased the crewneck with all of the Lana Del Rey albums on it, and I love it so much! The design is very beautiful and understated, and I am constantly wearing it! The product was exactly as pictured on the site. The customer service was excellent as well. They are very considerate and helpful, as they reached out after I received my item to make sure it was as expected. The items arrived even faster than expected, within about a week! I would encourage anyone to use this site if they are looking for Taylor Swift or Lana Del Rey merchandise.

They steal every single design your see on there from small artists . They don’t credit the original artists and block them everywhere . I even heard they scam some people who order and never receive the items and never refund the money but what do you except from a company that has no moral compass and is not original at all

Ordered shirts for the concert and they communicated immediately to ask questions about our order and then got it to us in plenty of time. The shirts are great and just what we were hoping for!

Both items that I ordered where very cute! I love the designs and the material is very comfortable (especially on the sweatshirt). The company was very friendly when we interacted over instagram. Only small thing is that I wish there was an easier way to track your package. But it got here very quick so it wasn't that big of a problem. Will be ordering again soon.

I’m super happy with my shirt Karma is a Dog. The reason it is not 5 stars is because I had to reach out for tracking information- it was never sent to me. But the company responded super quick and was apologetic and fixed the issue immediately.

i just got my order and i absolutely love it. i had to wait a long time to get my order because of the post office in my country but it was worth the wait. the company responded very quickly and tried helping with my problem, they were kind and helpful.

Original review : I put 3 stars because I never received my order. I ordered in May, but I received my order confirmation email at the same time as the email asking me to write a feedback (last week…). Because I didn’t have my confirmation email sooner, I contacted the company and they sent me a tracking number. I contacted the post office in June, and they told me that the order was probably stolen (it happens very rarely…) (I live in France, the order was shipped from the US). Anyway, it is obviously not the company’s fault if my order was stolen, but I would like to be refunded or to have the order re-sent to me.
