Delivered on time which was very good.the quality of gear is outstanding have a few things from them, happy with all of them.

Ok the items are expensive however you get what you pay for and thats style and comfort, this is the best fitting and most comfortable clothes I own, especially the strike pants, I think I need another pair as best trousers ever. Every item is very well packed and shiped, even the packaging is first class, I have now quiet a few items from them and certainly no complaints as its tough lasting gear.

I have a number of Thrudark pieces, T shirts, sweats, bags, hydration vest, hats and shorts - yes it’s not cheap but the quality is something else, pays your money, takes your choice. Excellent quality, made to last.

The shop was very well laid out and all items were displayed very well, the staff were super helpful with all questions and queries also the products are all very well made and are of very high standard and I would 100% recommend to friends and family

Fantastic clothes, but the customer service is some of the worst unfortunately, I’ve been trying for a month to exchange for a larger size and nobody human is actually available it would seem. If the chatbot can’t solve it you have no chance, shame as the clothes are fantastic.

I have bought many items from ThruDark and have never been disappointed. The thought that has gone into each garment is unreal. The combination of the convenience of the App and having the Battersea shop an hour away from my house is a little bit dangerous as I can’t help but buy more and Fay at the Battersea store is phenomenal both in her depth of knowledge of the products and also in managing to get me to spend more! 😂 She is fantastic… friendly, informative and incredibly helpful.

So far I´ve been very satisfied with the products (with only one exception). The order is usually shipped the very same day and support - whenever I needed it - was always quick and helpful.
