Backpack quality is very good but the…
Backpack quality is very good but the zipper pulls could be heavier duty! Also running shorts that fit initially become stretched and too loose. My shorts were pretty much a one week use before unusable. 5 Miles a day is not too much to create this loss of elastic.

I have made three purchases, had problems with the last item, Blue Light Card. Sent 2 or 3 emails and had a chat with your system AI and still no response. As ex military, I thrive on high standards, on this occasion, your customer service has let you down.

Top notch quality all round
Firstly, it arrived exactly when promised. It’s a quality product, backed by excellent service, but most importantly, this top did exactly what it said on the tin.
I wore it for nine days in the Himalayas, in temperatures ranging from -8°C to +35°C and during heavy exertion. There was no smell, no cold feeling from sweat and no chill during the evenings. Absolutely fantastic!
It worked so well that I may now need to buy the matching jacket, as my old Patagonia finally gave up at the end of the trip.

Ive had a few products over the years…
Ive had a few products over the years which ive got to admit have all been excellent quality , I just find items becoming more expensive and I think thrudark have a lot more competion,i .in the market now than when I first purchasing from you .companies like buffalo and a few other websites are selling good products which are British made. The prices are definitely something to consider and the fact its a company started by British military members and most of the products are made abroad will definitely think about where i go next

Great visit to the new HQ in Poole
If you get chance to visit the new HQ in Poole it is well worth it - the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable - and were able to advise on kit I needed for a motorcycle trip from Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp next year.
I have been a massive fan of ThruDark for over a year now since discovering them. All products I have purchased have exceeded expectations in terms of quality, design, durability and comfort.
Yes the kit is not exactly cheap - but you certainly get your money's worth and then some. The website and app are excellent as is the loyalty scheme.
When my wife and kids ask what I want for my birthday and Xmas - I simply say 'anything from ThruDark' - and I know I will not be disappointed.
