Running out of superlatives!
To be honest I’m running out of superlatives to apply to Thrudark, super high quality gear that doesn’t disappoint.
In an attempt to be constructive I’d like to see more stuff in the Oryon and Force Tech range as it’s so good.
OK it’s expensive gear otherwise I could buy even more but you can see where the money goes. Loved the videos on the coastal walk, keep it up guys.

The customer service is probably the slowest / worst I’ve ever witnessed. Still waiting for a resolution on an issue with a garment and they seemingly don’t care. Great looking kit but I wouldn’t buy again which is a real shame. Support British through and through but it’s true what they say. Customer service is non existant.

I had an exchange to made with one item that ran a little too large size wise. The process was simple to do with good information along the way.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Thrudark again, and would highly recommend.

Poor customer service
Great customer service, until you have a faulty product and it's very difficult to speak to someone, or get a reply to one of their own customer service forms. Not a great customer experience.
