I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard.

They came the same day I rang them. They came the time they said they would. THS carried out the lighting switch fault and replaced the blown bulbs and were fantastic, tidy and efficient…all excellent work!

This Kingston-based company has high standards. Two different teams did jobs for me, one minor and one major. In less than one hour of calling THS regarding my problem, they sent me the engineer (Josh), who reset my Ring Door Bell and Flood Cams to our telephones and internet, after we changed our internet rooter. He was very Polite and Experienced and did the job in no time.

Newly moved to UK, home making is completely a new and hard lession for HKers. I wasted 3 weeks to replaced my dishwasher since no one can't help to solve the problem for to cause by old breaker. THS Sloved my problem within 24 hours. Electricina and owner are good in manner. Bonus is the phone operation can speak Cantonese. easier for me to have to address my problem.

I recently had a replacement smoke alarm installed and was very pleased with the service. I was able to get a next-day appointment, and Aaron was quick and diligent in completing the job. I also appreciated the extra care taken to wear boot covers in case of any mess from a previous job. Highly recommend!
