Incredibly easy to deal with, transparent about the quote (which items to be supplied plus the pricing), quick and efficient responses.

On the day, two very efficient electricians on site, intelligently anticipated the settings needed in each location, completed the work without fuss or mess, explained clearly what had been done.

From start to finish, the team were helpful, courteous, tidy and delivered a good result. They kept me updated throughout the job with what was happening giving me the chance to understand and input where required. Much appreciated.

We received a superb experience with THS. Perfect communication right from the start. Kris organised it well with me and I received accurate quotations and notifications in anticipation to my appointment. I needed to reschedule that time, and they were really understanding, helpful and flexible in rearranging my appointment. The engineers, Josh and Gabriel, came on time as planned, and both of them were open to listen to my preference with light installations and placements and also provided expert advice to tailor my needs. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they explain and involve me with the decision making in every step of the way. The outcome was excellent and even was even beyond what I expected. THS were booked to change all my downlights and one ceiling light in the bathroom to LED. They were extremely professional and friendly. They also looked at two hallway lights to ensure they were wired correctly at no extra cost. Upon completing each task, they ensured they cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend this company.

Very responsive and good advice, including how to save money by doing a simple task on my own. The engineers were courteous, timely and efficient.

The work was to rewire new cable via mini trunking from the kitchen to main consumer unit. It was undertaken at the time specified, with minimal disruption and for the price quoted. The engineers were very personable, considerate, explained what they were doing at every stage and cleared up afterwards. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Broken lights in bathroom, the boys came round the very next morning 7;30 by 8:30 was fixed. Good hourly rate. Most importantly for me, strait forward honest guys. Did not feel pressured or that they were dragging their feet. Got the job done nice a quick.

Efficient and excellent service. The company responded to my enquiry immediately and fitted me in at short notice to carry out the work. The men were friendly, helpful and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Had to have emergency call out due to a tripping fuse box. Great response even though late on Saturday night. Extremely thorough investigation to try and isolate problem .got electrics up and running again and will re book them to fix the source of the problem after weekend. Highly recommended.

I contacted THS Electrical Services to change 15 lights in my flat from halogen to LED. The response was quick and the two guys who came to do the job were extremely professional, transparent, trustworthy and friendly.
