Great tickets but surprised that the tickets weren't completely legitimate
We got great tickets from tickets2, but were a bit surprised when we were asked to not reveal to the staff how we had purchased the tickets. It might have been nice to know in advance, that the stadium doesnt accept the method used for ticket distribution. However, we didn't have any problems, and enjoyed a great match :)

Never got our tickets
Never got our tickets.
The seller sent the tickets to the house where we stayed, days to early. The place didn't have a 24H reception. I provided Ticket2 with the information asked of me, but afterwards Ticket2 says that it was my fault.
The seller replies to Ticket2 that he was in contact with me before and that I agreed upon that the tickets should be sent to the hotel. But I did not have contact with him, as he says.
Ticket2 wont refund me, Besides this i certainty don't understand that Ticket2 trust a seller that is obviously lying to both Ticket2 and me.
Buying tickets this way is a lottery. It seems very dodgy and unsafe. So it you like to gamble, i highly recommend Ticket2.

hello.I bought my tickets to tottenham-man city(14.4.2018) already 20.12.2017.seats were longside UPPER.now we went to the game,seats were south stand LOWER,row 24.Tickets costs over 200 euros each,I think that this is not cheap.also I had to phone your contact in england on matchday and ask when they are going to delivery my tickets.this was my third time with you by tickets and until this everything was great.Now I am very disappointed!!!

Too expensive tickets to Old Trafford
We got the tickets on time (evening before the match).
But the seats didn't live up to what we ordered and paid for - much, much too expensive compared to the bad view from our seat.
Disappointed.

On our website there are different sales organizations that list their tickets. It's the seller organizations who decide what price to list too. We only charge a 10% Admin Fee and we have no possibility to have any impact on the ticket price. For the 10% Fee we secure you as a client financially, make sure the sellers have the correct delivery address etc etc, i.e. we make sure you as a customer get the best experience possible.

Everything went smoothly and we got cheap tickets to a premier league game only a couple of days before. Although the information we received in the confirmation email implied that we had to get the tickets by post, which would've been a bit inconvenient since we purchased them so close to match day. Just as I was about to contact ticket2 a few hours later I found the tickets in trash mail. That could've been clearer in the confirmation/info email.

More and more football clubs are starting to use e-tickets which is great for everyone, but not every club is there already. That's why some tickets still have to be delivered directly to the hotel (which is the way we have done it the last 11 years) and that's why our Order Confirmation Emails are a bit confusing.
We hope to have this settled for the next season 2018/19.

First I did not get informations about the tickets. But when I called everything went very well and the tickets were delivered as promised.
The only problem: You can not choose your seats and you do not know where you will sit before you recieve the tickets. The prises are difficult
to look through. I paid extra but got tickets at the back row but the view was good.

WARNING - DO NOT TRUST TICKET2
I bought and payed for two arsenal vs. man united tickets on the lower long side for DKK 3.600 each ticket. But when I got the tickets it was for seats behind the goal. After complaining I only got DKK 1.200 00 back but I should have been given DKK 3.200 back which is the difference between two seats behind the goal and the lower long side.
Conlusion: I did not the tickets I wanted and I did not get the tickets I payed for. I get cheated for DKK 2.000 / £ 200!
