A speciel setup when you're buying …

A speciel setup when you're buying tickets to Premier Leage. But it worked. A really good costumer experience (and football experience).

you charged me DKK 3.748 (€508) for 2 …

you charged me DKK 3.748 (€508) for 2 tickets (Barcelona-Sevilla). When I received the tickets from you and printed it, I realized that the tickets were worth only €98 per piece.
You took a margin of €312 for 2 tickets. I understand you need a margin, but here you are stealing money from people. I will never use you again and recommend to anyone reading this message to stay away from Ticket2.com

We are afraid you have misunderstood what we do.
On our website there are different sales organizations that list their tickets. It's the seller organizations who decide what price to list too. We only charge a 10% Admin Fee and we have no possibility to have any impact on the ticket price. For the 10% Fee we secure you as a client financially, make sure the sellers have the correct delivery address etc etc, i.e. we make sure you as a customer get the best experience possible.

Great service!

Wow! Amazing service! I had troubles getting my tickets due to a change of adress, but Ticket2 did everything to help me fix it! I was very pleased with their help!

Could have been better....

I recently went to see Liverpool vs Middlesbrough (the last premier league game). The communications with Ticket2 was good and the delivery of the ticket was on time. The only disappointment has got to be the seat that I was given was right up at the corner near the rooftop of the Centenary Stand (for a fee of €226!). I would probably buy again from Ticket2 if in the future they can work with better vendors over in the UK to assure us of better seats.

Why medel?

Why medel?
Because they answer was very good and they was very quick answer to my questions.

Why poor and I don*t recommend at all Ticket2
If Premier League match moved maybe three weeks later, you can*t get money back...Some other sites gives back. I understand, that matches moved on saturday to sunday or opposite and that it acceptable.

I loose 500 euros, because I was London that week(22.-22.4.2017), when match first to be played. But not in day (16.5.2017) when match has transferred..

So sorry, but I learn that nextime I buy some othes sites, unless Ticket2 shall change their terms - in transferring matches

There are a few companies that does a refund if a game is moved more than 4 days, but then you have to pay a lot extra for this refund opportunity.
We have thought about this possibility but it turns out that this insurance for the clients is very expensive and we rather keep the prices as low as possible. It's definitely cheaper to change your flights compared to buying fotboll tickest with a refund insurance.

It is always good get input from our customers - thank you very much for that - but for now we will keep to our low prices.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Date after 2 days since we bought it was delayed. We did never got tickets so was impossible to sell them. Guys who are working in customer service know literally nothing about how their own system does work.... would never recommend to anybody and will never use that domain again

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about a change of date for matches. This happens every season and is caused by the teams’ participations in for example Champions League, European League and the FA-cup amongst others.
We tried to help you to resell your tickets, but unfortunately the tickets didn’t got sold this time. We changed the price for you every time you asked and we promoted them as much as we could.

The Premier League tickets are always delivered the day before the match directly to the customers hotel. The seller organization cannot deliver tickets a couple of days before the match just because you want them to, it’s impossible because they have a lot of orders to deliver on different days and their couriers have a very planned and strict delivery route.

We fully understand that you are upset because you didn’t get your tickets sold, but there’s truly nothing more we could have done. Even if we are sorry, we really can’t apologize for the changed game date.

Ticket2 works very well

Ticket2 works very well. We arrived to our London hotel Friday night and a post office slip was delivered to our name. Saturday morning we could collect our football tickets at the post office and everything worked out fine. Ticket2 allows us to watch live football at a reasonable cost.

They never delivered the tickets

They never delivered the tickets like promised.. liars liars and liars. 30 minutes before the game they inform that they dont have the tickets.. we bought the tickets in september.. how hard it can be?!
Dont put your money to them! Dont buy!!!

The sales organization did screw up and it is totally unacceptable! We are still investigating exactly what happened, but we have closed down the seller organization from selling more tickets via us - this is totally unacceptable.

We have off course refunded all the money for the tickets.

Ok service but late delivery

Great communication with Ticket2, the tkts for our match in UK was delivered on the day of the match just 4 hours before the match. But great service and great information along the way.
