Every other company quoted ticket delivery by 6th Jan but Ticket Alternative UK Ltd had them to us by 1pm the next day - brilliant...and the tickets looked great too :)

We contacted "Ticket Alternative" for a potential armband purchase and they walked us through a very positive agreement. We got our armbands weeks before we needed them done.

Time to use with the family and friends celebrating the holidays instead of waiting and worrying about our purchased product.

I chose to use ticket alternative after a Google search because they by far had the biggest ticket selection, and I could order just a small amount. As they were so cheap I was expecting something fairly flimsy but what arrived, within 24 hours, was a great looking, great quality ticket. I will be using them again.

This is the second time l have used this company. The whole process is straight forward and the email response is quick. Once proofs were approved my tickets were in the post and arrived the following day despite missing the cut off time for same day despatch. Very happy!

We were in a bit of a jam after another supplier didn't come through, and even though I missed the 2pm deadline for next day delivery. A quick conversation and they were here the next day. Brilliant and very helpful!

I was really disappointed with my experience following several excellent experiences with the company.

I ordered the tickets and sent my artowork, I was initially contacted fairly quickly (within 24 hours) with a proof. The numbering rather than being added to the huge white boxes on the ticket (exactly as we had done the year before and which I referenced) had been placed in a bad location on the ticket.

Then the second proof came in another 24 hours, this was approved but apparently my contact was 'swamped' and so it was another 24 hours before they were sent for printing.

On the Friday (3 days after my initial order) I was promised that I would have the tickets on Tuesday or Wednesday.

It's now Wednesday, the postman has been (I paid for next day signed delivery) and I haven't got my tickets,

Really disappointing as the service I've had previously has been superb (48 hours of less from order to ticket in hand)

I ordered Tyvek wristbands for a charity event i had on the 19th of October. The order was placed late (around the 9th of October) but arrived on time. I am very satisfied with the quality of the wristbands and pricing which was by far the best that i found. The customer service was very good and the lady that took on my order was very professional and helpful in all questions i had. I highly recommend this company and they are definitely my go to company for future events.

I work for a college and we ordered 2500 wristbands for a big educational event. The order arrived very swiftly and we were really pleased with the bands - they looked the part.

After speaking to a Customer service person, my order arrived on time as she said it would and I live in Ireland. The image I uploaded and graphics came out just as it should. It was great to have a sample sent to my email before printing.. Kudos and well done, ticket alternative!!!
